Kodak Acquires Bowe Bell + Howell Scanners
Well it had to happen eventually. Kodak first tried to acquire Bell + Howell imaging business back in 2000.
Bell and Howell scanning division although smaller than Kodak's had some great products and sales were strong.
In January 2009 it was finally announced and was concluded in September 2009.
What happens now to Bowe Bell Howells product line is anyones guess.
Update: McMahan leaves Kodak. After just 2 years the former Fujitsu executive is leaving Kodak following a re-organization after the acquisition of Bowe Bell + Howell Scanners. Former Bowe Bell + Howell Scanners President Russell Hunt takes over the roll. McMahan was much respected.
